Casa Cascadas is in one of San Miguel’s loveliest neighborhoods, Ojo de Agua. A picturesque 15 minute walk past bouganvillea draped high walls takes you to the Jardin, the center of activity in our town. This architect designed new home, completed in 2008, is a contemporary and colonial blend. It’s a multi-level house with an elevator (if you so choose). Enter thru a lush garden with pond and waterfall, hence Casa Cascadas. The house has two very comfortable master suites with fireplaces, flatscreen TV’s and most comfortable queen beds. One suite looks thru double French doors onto a lush garden setting. Spacious bathrooms are beautifully tiled; one with a jacuzzi spa, other with a small indoor garden. Upstairs a spacious gourmet kitchen with mesquite island/bar is fully equipped with everything the cook needs, and then some. Enjoy the view out to the mountains, take in the sunset or put something on the grill. Casa Cascadas dining room is elegant and light-filled, and romantic by evening with its layers of lighting . The living room with high boveda ceiling is thoroughly comfortable and enjoys a view of the verdant garden. The casa's collection of art and antiques, includes views across town out to the mountains, with vistas of breathtaking sunsets. Casa Cascadas has high speed internet with wi-fi, a water purification system, and U.S. Vonage phone service. We think you will have a marvelous vacation in our casa!
